Celebrity Solstice- 10 night MED cruise from Barcelona!!!

Connie,

Sorry, it took so long for us to let you know what a great time we had on the Solstice cruise.

The suites were unbelievable and the food was excellent. The night in the Quasar Lounge was

fun, listening to the oldies and enjoying some liquid refreshments.

FYI, Let people know that if you upgrade to the Aqua Class. That the only choice for dinner is Blue, unless you pay to upgrade, Our men did not like the menu there. We tried to get in to the main dinning room, and that took a lot of communications and eventually was accommodated. We did upgrade several times and the Tuscany Grill was our favorite.

Thanks again for a great trip. Thinking about Spain next time.

Disney Magic- 7 night Cruise

Our (Disney) cruise was AMAZING!! We had the best time ever. They made things so special and took care of our daughter so wonderfully. They were prepared and willing to work with us and her medical condition. Thankfully we didn't run into any problems with her seizures.

We did book another cruise while on board and we gave them your name so that we can continue to work with you. It's for the Transatlantic cruise leaving in Sept 2010 for 14days. I can't wait. We put the deposit down while on board as well.

My Mother In Law had a great time as well. She cruises a lot (mostly on Royal Carribean). She said the disney trip was the best food she ever had on a cruise.

We were moved to the early dining which we were very thankful for because 815 is too late for us to eat! The oceaneers club was great as well.

Disney Cruise Line 7 day Cruise

I just wanted to let you know that we just got back from our 7 day cruise on Disney, and it was a wonderful experience! Our cabin, with the Navigator's verandah was amazing, and we really enjoyed being able to step out and enjoy the ocean breeze and views from the privacy of our cabin. I want to thank you for recommending a cabin with an ocean view when I first made the booking...it was excellent advice, and I am glad I followed it. My mom, who is a first time cruiser, is a big fan now! And my son absolutely enjoyed it.

Once again, thank you very much for helping us book a fantastic vacation...we have lots of wonderful memories!

Just wanted to thank you for arranging such a wonderful cruise for us on Royal Caribbean's "Monarch of the Seas." You coordinated it with our daughter. What a wonderful first cruise experience this was for our 40th wedding anniversary. I’ve created an online account for them at RoyalCaribbean.com and went ahead and checked them in, provided passport information, and printed out all necessary paperwork, so I think they are all set. All that’s left is packing, driving to Port Canaveral and cruising!

I am ashamed for not sending this sooner. Our cruise on the Eurodam was fantastic, despite pretty rough seas most of the time. And it was made even better by your gift. The new restaurants were fabulous, specially the Tamarind.

We were in a perfect location, just a couple of doors from the elevators on deck 10.. Up one deck and we emerged right at the entrance to the Crow's Nest Lounge, Library, game room, and Explorations coffee shop. This was deck 11 forward and was quite the center of activity. Down one deck and we were in the Spa. It was the nicest I have ever seen on any ship. I bought a pass that had unlimited use of the hot mineral pool, radiant heat lounges, steam rooms, saunas, and serenity room from 8am til 10 pm every day for a very reasonable $125.00. If I ever get my pix downloaded I will share some. Hope to see you soon. Thanks again.

Carnival Inspiration from Tampa, January 2009

Just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a wonderful cruise we had last week. Thanks so much for recommending the switch from Jacksonville to Tampa and the different ship. My 10 year old twin boys thoroghly enjoyed the waterworks. As always, we enjoyed everything. The first night we were surprised when papers were slipped under our doors advising us we had received a refund to our sail and sign accounts for the full amount of the fuel surcharge. What a great way to start the week.

I've saved you in my favorites and kept your magnet and business cards. We have cruised about every other year in the past and would like to go again so you'll be the agent I call when we're ready. I do promise you'll hear from us in the future. Thanks again for all the work you did to save us money and find the best deal.

Holland America - Maasdam - Jan, 2009

Connie;

Just returned from Caribbean on Maasdam. We enjoyed the trip immensely. We both thought the food was extraordinary. Better than any other cruise line that we have been on.

The ship itself was comfortable, but it is in need of an update. It is scheduled for update in 2010, but really needs to be done before that.

We really liked the size of the ship (1400 were on board). Embarkation and disembarkation was a dream. We also found Ft. Lauderdale to be very easy; much better than San Juan.

We parked at Park & Fly . We literally were on the ship's buffet line in less than 1/2 hour from the time we parked. P&F and check-in was that fast. Parking cost $63 for the entire week including taxes etc with the AAA discount. You have to call P&F for the discount as you can't get it on the web.

Please keep an eye out for any other deals.

Oh, yes. Thanks for the lunch at the Pinnacle grill. It was fantastic.

Disney Cruise - 2 cabins 12/11/2008

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all that you did in arranging our Disney Cruise. We had the MOST WONDERFUL time! I know you hear this all the time, and I know you know what I mean!

We all want to go back! (for my birthday, in January!!! But my husband tells me we’d have to win the lottery first, and since we don’t play…) We do wonder, though, if there is any way to request a server when we go back. We loved our guys, and would love to have them again! (Answer from Connie: YES, just let us know who your server was and if they are still on board next time you sail, we will request him/her!)

I personally am wondering if there is a site or something where we can sing their praises to Disney. I know we tipped, and left their names on the comment card, but I feel like we haven’t done enough in relaying how absolutely wonderful they were. Could you please let me know if there is any way I can contact Disney? (Answer from Connie: YES, send us the comments and we'll see that they go straight to Disney's home office!)

Our cruise was something we will always remember, and it is due in great part to them.

Princess Honeymoon Cruise November, 2008

Balcony cabin off the back of the ship!

Hope you're doing great! My husband and I got back from our honeymoon about two weeks ago and just wanted to drop you a quick note. We had the BEST time. It was absolutely a blast and we couldn't have picked a better honeymoon. I attached a picture that we took from our balcony when we were leaving Ft. Lauderdale and us in St. Maarten (where we had an absolute blast).

We actually have been talking to friends and we want to do another cruise next October or November with a group of people. We don't have any particular dates in mind, but I was hoping to get some recommendations from you. Princess was great for the honeymoon. I just want to say thank you so much for your help with the cruise price. We originally used a family friend years ago and never felt we could ask her to check into lower prices for us. We then have used Carnival directly for the last three cruises and have still had trouble when asking to check if the price had gone down.

Disney 3 night cruise 9/25/08

Hi Connie,

We had such a wonderful time!!!!! We felt like royalty! Everything was top notch on the ship. You should have seen Gary’s eyes! We were both like kids. We also met a wonderful couple from Long Island, NY and exchanged email addresses. Our server and his assistant were outstanding and added to our enjoyment with their wonderful sense of humor. We danced in the disco club and listened to piano music in the Cadillac Lounge.

Castaway Cay and Nassau was excellent also and we took a taxi to Paradise Island and visited Atlantis. The food was awesome too! When the cruise was over, Gary looked at me and said that he didn’t want to get off the ship!

We would definitely love to go on another Disney cruise in the near future. We are glad we trusted your advice too - (going on Disney Cruise Line even though we don't have kids) !!!!!

Wow - (I just got your email about how much money we were going to receive on our Fund Raiser Cruise and) this is terrific news and I think we will do even better this year. I can hardly wait to report this to the chapter - who thought I was crazy when I first recommended it but didn't admit that to me until they started seeing our results! Carnival GLORY 5/3/08 cruise!

Good Morning, Connie. We just got back from our cruise and had a great time. Thank you for all of your help in planning it. My husband and I had such a great time that we would like to plan another one.

Connie, We had an amazing time...The boys made friends and were off with the rat pack most of the time...There was plenty of storage in the stateroom and I DID use your suggestion to use the shower facilities in the spa and leave the stateroom shower for the boys:)

Couple of things to note for anyone else booking this cruise....

first night is casual dress for dinner as not all luggage may be delivered by dinner time (so shorts is fine)
There are 2 formal nights on the 8 day cruise

This directly impacted my clothing situation as I had underpacked casual clothes and formal clothes, and conversly overpacked 2 regular dinner outfits.

Disney Wonder

Just wanted to thank you so much for all you did for us to help us get our Disney cruise.

We had a blast and everything went smoothly. My daughter loved her in room decorations and her birthday cake!! I do have to say I was pretty dead tired by cruise end..not much rest. My daughter loved it~ as she saw all the princess and enjoyed dressing up in the club but my almost 8 year old did not enjoy the clubs as much ….so it was hit and miss with her….

All in all, we had a blast and everything went smoothly.

Star Princess: Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Port Stanley, Cape Horn, Ushuaia, Punta Arenas, Valparaiso

The South America trip was great. After a very brief look at Buenos Aires, we took an overnight bus (modern, air-conditioned, with seats that became flat beds, and an attendant who served drinks, snacks, hot dinner and breakfast) to Iguazu Falls. Awesome! They’re higher than Niagara and stretch nearly two miles. We had two days there and followed catwalks along and over the tops of many of the falls, then walked to the bottom and rode boats through the rapids and actually right under some of the falls. Back to B.A. on the bus – if we had it to do over, we’d fly at least one way to the falls and spend more time in B.A.

The Star Princess was beautiful and boarding was a much smoother, faster, and easier process than a Carnival cruise out of Jacksonville.

Anytime dining is a super idea. Made things much easier on excursion days and we never felt rushed. Food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and service was excellent.

We found most of the excursions already sold out when we boarded. At first, I kicked myself for not booking them earlier online, but then discovered we were better off. We booked other excursions on the dock with cab dispatchers and they were a fraction of the Princess price. The two excursions to penguin colonies in the Falklands and at Punta Arenas were the highlights of the trip.

It was a great trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the ports, the onboard entertainment, and the magnificent scenery.

Princess: Honeymoon Cruise

Connie, We are so grateful for you to have found us the back room on the Princess cruise. Its in the perfect spot, not much smaller at all than the suite, and with all of the money that we saved by not going with the suite we can do so much more while we're off the boat!

I really like Disney because it is so clean. I'm a single Mom and I felt very comfortable on the ship with my kids on the ship. We just love Disney. We have been on the ship 4 times and will definitely be back!!! Thanks for all your help booking it! It was just awesome!!

Dear Cruise Planners (Your Cruise Agents!)

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much we appreciate you and all the time you spent in setting up our cruise! It was fabulous. Really nice.

The boys are begging to do another cruise. They really didn't hang out with crowds of other kids, but were content to stick together and just enjoy. They ate all day, went to all the shows, swam every day, played basketball and dodgeball with other teens, ate again, and believe it or not, spent 45 minutes every night playing chess in the Library after dinner. My 18 year old did go clubbing a bit, I think. They did all their own excursions and were very happy. We met up for dinner every day. The meals were great. Both my boys LOVED dressing up ( go figure) and enjoyed the formality of a well served, formal meal. They liked being around fellow passengers who took the art of dining seriously and our dining room servers were top notch and professional. They were also friendly and informative.

I was wowed by all the activities, and probably didn't spend enough time just relaxing. But, for me, it was relaxing to shop and explore and go to the auctions, etc. We always looked forward to dinner. My husband found it hard to slow me down but had a great time, too.

Thanks for the in room wine...wonderful! The boys used their certificate you sent them for Johnny Rockets ( a 3.50 upcharge) which they tried to eat at as often as possible. The staff there knew them well by the end of the cruise.

Soooo....thanks again for your patience and enthusiasm. We have already started to look at dates for our schedules for future vacations. My husband even wants to think of a Panama Canal trip. The boys will take anything.

Carnival Inspiration - Tampa - December 2007

Thank you so much for suggesting that (Carnival's Inspiration) cruise. Everything was perfect, the room, food and ship.

We ATV'ed, and snorked in Grand Cayman. In Cozumel we visited a sea turtle reserve and swam with the sting-rays and shopped. I even won at bingo on the cruise.

Thank you so much for the wine. Everyone at our table was impressed with our cruise agent and we told them how to find you. Also thank you for the beautiful calander. A thank you card will follow after the holidays. I just wanted you to know You did good!!! check out the picture!

Disney Wonder - December 2007

Hi Connie! We loved it, loved the cruise!!! The kids had such a great time and so did we! Everything went so smoothly, it was such an easy process – the entire thing. We are definitely planning to do another cruise – this is definitely the best way to go with children.

The cruise was definitely the highlight of our Christmas holidays, we still talk about it and I guess we’ll be talking about it until our next one comes around. My 4-year old is always asking when we can go back and my 9-year old has yet to remove his club wristband! I am telling everyone about it and trying to convince my extended family to join us on our next cruise!
