We are excited to announce that starting in early 2012, as part of the Allianz global family, we will be doing business as Allianz Global Assistance.

While we are changing our name, our great products and award-winning service will remain the same. These changes do not require you to do anything. Our service company name will change from World Access Service Corp. to AGA Service Company. Our Access America-branded products will be sold as Allianz Travel Insurance. Your current policies will remain the same and do not require action. You will notice changes in our phone greeting and communications. You will still be able to contact us using the same websites, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers you use today.

Only our name is changing. The people you trust, our exceptional products, convenient online purchasing and award-winning customer service all will remain the same. We'll also continue delivering this superior service from our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
