What are incentives?
A cruise is like giving your group two vacations in one: the first-class treatment and facilities of a luxury resort, combined with the excitement of travel to exotic destinations. From cocktail parties to award ceremonies, a cruise is a great way to bring colleagues closer together, while everyone still has time to themselves. What more do you need to do? Relax: Let us help you achieve success at sea.
Discover business beyond the boardroom! Thank or reward those who have shown extraordinary effort on the job with the reward of Incentive Travel. Motivate your employees for a job well done with an incentive cruise. Incentive Travel is preferred by far as the choice for a sales award. Incentify your employees with the incentive cruise of a lifetime. Recognition is an effective way to reward your employees. Attract their attention, motivate their performance, and generate outstanding results. A cruise is the ultimate group incentive as it offers two incentive awards in one: the luxurious pampering and superb facilities on a luxury cruise ship combined with the allure of travel to exotic destinations. A cruise ship is a convenient, and self-contained atmosphere that can increase attendance and keep costs down.
Here are just some of the reasons why an incentive/corporate cruise is a good investment:
It offers a new and exciting travel experience.
Employees bond when sharing a new travel experience.
A self-contained environment with a variety of function rooms for private events, attended by a "captive audience".
Gorgeous ocean-view dining rooms with a variety of menu choices, and unlimited servings.
Visit multiple destinations with all-inclusive pricing that provides a better budget control.
Your resort at sea offers the adventure of foreign travel.
Activity programs offers variety for not only the participants, but their spouses, and children without extra planning or cost.
A high number of attendees can cruise while costing less overall than a comparable land-based incentive/corporate program. The chart below will give you a price comparison between a Land-based Vacation and a Cruise Vacation:
What can a cruise DO FOR YOUR BUSINESS? Impress you, for starters!
Why would you automatically think about a land-based resort for an incentive program? Why put your employees and clients in hotels when cruising provides a world of advantages?
Cruise lines offer meeting and incentive destinations throughout the world. A cruise can accommodate a variety of programs, as well as offer itineraries from 3, 4, 5, and 7 nights in length. In addition, the newest and most modern ships can facilitate programs anywhere from an eight-member board meeting to a large convention to a full-ship charter. All this and more will help motivate top achievers, and more importantly, improve your bottom line.
Got a large group? Charter a ship! Nothing is more impressive than a privately chartered ship. Since you "own" the ship, virtually every aspect of the cruise can be customized for your group. You have options on ports of call, the schedule of activities and events, what dishes will be offered on the menu, and which shore excursions will be available.
Besides the use of the ship as your hotel and the use of State-of the art show rooms for meetings or events, ships offer the following services:r S
FINDING THE RIGHT CRUISE SHIP:
Mega-Ships: Up to 4300 passengers
These new state-of-the-art vessels offer multi-story atriums, a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, large & lavish production shows, the latest in a/v equipment, multi-screen video walls, computer generated sound & light, dedicated conference rooms and well-equipped health clubs and spas. The majority of staterooms have private balconies. These large resorts at sea offer 3, 4, and 7-night cruises within the Bahamas, Caribbean and Alaska.
Mid-Size Ships: Up to 1600 passengers
These are traditional style ships, some are newer ships and some older. Though well maintained and with plenty of personality. Depending on the size of your corporate/incentive group, these ships can offer a higher degree of customization and personalization than a mega-ship can. These ships offer plenty of activities, entertainment, and a more traditional shipboard dining style with one or two restaurants with assigned dining times. You will find a greater variety of destinations than what is offered on the mega-ship. With fewer passengers, service can be of better quality on these vessels.
Small Ships: Up to 1000 passengers
Most of these ships cater to the well-traveled clientele and provide a very high level of service. You will find that these ships sail to more exotic destinations. Many ships within this category offer one dining room with an open seating time, the most leisurely way to dine. This is the perfect choice for a half-ship or full ship charter.
Yacht-Like Ships: Up to 400 passengers
These ships are generally 5 star vessels offering the ultimate in luxury accommodations, service and amenities. A majority of these ships offer butler service and very fine dining. Itinerary choices include Europe, South America, The Indian Ocean, Asia, occasionally even Mexico or the Caribbean. Sailings range from short 4, 5, and 7-day cruises to longer voyages. We suggest you plan two years ahead for a half ship or full ship charter.
Editors Choice: Royal Caribbean Voyager & Freedom Class Ships.
