FINDING THE RIGHT CRUISE SHIP:

Mega-Ships: Up to 4300 passengers
These new state-of-the-art vessels offer multi-story atriums, a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, large & lavish production shows, the latest in a/v equipment, multi-screen video walls, computer generated sound & light, dedicated conference rooms and well-equipped health clubs and spas. The majority of staterooms have private balconies. These large resorts at sea offer 3, 4, and 7-night cruises within the Bahamas, Caribbean and Alaska.

Mid-Size Ships: Up to 1600 passengers
These are traditional style ships, some are newer ships and some older. Though well maintained and with plenty of personality. Depending on the size of your corporate/incentive group, these ships can offer a higher degree of customization and personalization than a mega-ship can. These ships offer plenty of activities, entertainment, and a more traditional shipboard dining style with one or two restaurants with assigned dining times. You will find a greater variety of destinations than what is offered on the mega-ship. With fewer passengers, service can be of better quality on these vessels.

Small Ships: Up to 1000 passengers
Most of these ships cater to the well-traveled clientele and provide a very high level of service. You will find that these ships sail to more exotic destinations. Many ships within this category offer one dining room with an open seating time, the most leisurely way to dine. This is the perfect choice for a half-ship or full ship charter.

Yacht-Like Ships: Up to 400 passengers
These ships are generally 5 star vessels offering the ultimate in luxury accommodations, service and amenities. A majority of these ships offer butler service and very fine dining. Itinerary choices include Europe, South America, The Indian Ocean, Asia, occasionally even Mexico or the Caribbean. Sailings range from short 4, 5, and 7-day cruises to longer voyages. We suggest you plan two years ahead for a half ship or full ship charter.

All cruise ships have a dedicated Onboard Group Coordinator. They're onboard and with you every step of the way, offering their assistance through all stages of your meeting - it's a complimentary service.

Are there meeting facilities onboard?
Yes. All ships have meeting facilities aboard. Seating capacities vary depending on ship and configuration. Meeting space is complimentary and based on availability.

Is audio/video equipment available and is there a fee for usage?
Standard audio/video equipment is available free of charge (based on availability). Standard audio/video equipment such as overhead projectors, slide projectors, screens, TVs, VCRs, flipcharts, laser pointers, microphones, podiums and more are standard on all ships. LCD projectors are available on many of the newer vessels. Advanced audio/video equipment may be rented for a nominal charge.

Is there Internet access onboard?
All ships have Internet cafés where you can gain access to the Internet and e-mail. Many of the newer ships have wi-fi wireless internet, a service that provides guest 24-hour, unlimited access to the Internet from the privacy of your own stateroom or suite. Additional fees apply for Internet access.
