I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the cruise! We really had a blast! The cruises keep getting better and better!!!

The only surprise was the $120.00 for parking. One of the guys working the lot told us we could have saved money by parking at the Radisson Hotel and taking a shuttle. A young couple we met on the cruise said that is what they did. Anyway, all is well J

Love Boat Church Marriage Retreat

I just wanted to take this time and thank you for all your help with the Church Marriage Conference at the Royal Caribbean "Monarch of the Seas".

We had a "blast"! It was such an awesome time! We are still hearing testimonies from the couples that went with us, whose marriages got a second chance. This was definitely an experience to repeat.

Love Boat Church Marriage Retreat

Hi Connie,

I was told you wanted some reviews of our Love Boat experience.

Firstly, It was a joy and pleasure to have constant communication with you and Jane throughout the pre-boarding experience. You both very informative, very prompt in getting back to me regarding so many questions and concerns I had concerning my parents identification documents and I truly appreciate it! The clear, efficient communication was by far, excellent customer service!

Now about the cruise :D

This was our 3rd Cruise, but our 1st on Royal Caribbean.

The cruise ship was very beautiful and up to date!! The food was delicious! The customer service on board was excellent! Our waiter Syed (and his assistants), our room attendant Julietta and everyone else we came in contact with were so attentive to our needs and always very pleasant and it was truly one of the best times we had on a Cruise.

The marriage conference meetings were so amazing, it was like having a mini church service which to us was so refreshing! The experience of celebrating with 27 other couples, our marriages and renewing our vows on this Love Boat Cruise experience was such a fulfilling experience that I cannot stop sharing with others and will continue to share for years to come!

What an awesome idea, from someone who had a vision and made it happen! Thank you Pastor Becky!

If I could share a con, only because I hope no one got cheated. Let me explain: we were told that the gratuities would be deducted from our credit card account we registered with. ( Carnival does this, so I was familiar with this).

The last day before our trip ended, we were delivered gratuity envelopes to our rooms with our daily newsletter of events for that specific day. We were kinda confused about this and we discussed among our group and someone asked about this and I believe they understood it and explained it to the rest of the group as if we felt our immediate waiter, room attendant and so far deserved another "additional gratuity, you could personally express your gratitude and personally tip them on top of what would be deducted. THANKFULLY, my husband and I gave to our waiter and our room attendant...which we thought was in addition, but when we got home, we realized, no, that amount we gave was their total tip! I am hoping everyone in our group gave personally but I don't think they did :( So with that said maybe we can be a little more clear on this so that every hard working employee gets appreciated for their attentiveness and great care during ones stay.

Also, I would recommend never going right after hurricane season, lol...I was so sick the 1st day on board, despite the fact that I had taken Dramamine and also was wearing the motion sickness bands :( Syed my loving attentive waiter suggested a green apple, saltines and ginger ale for dinner because I was so seasick :( And that was my dinner, and I felt a lillte bit better :)

I know a few other ladies in our group got very sick...but all in all it was a WONDERFUL experience!!!! Now if I can only get Pastor Becky to do the next one at a different time of year, that would be PERFECT lol!!!

P.S. I attached a photo of my husband and I on the beach in the Bahamas on the day of our vows renewal, so you can finally put a face to my name lol!

Allure of the Seas- Thanksgiving cruise

You were right – (the ship was) AWESOME! My only regret is that I was not holding the camera when my kids saw me jump on (and stay on!) the Flowrider!!! J

Thank you so much for all of the wine and special services! The spa was tremendous - as well as Chops. Also, gotta love that Rita’s!!

We’ll have to discover another great island or two next Thanksgiving as well. We loved Cozumel and had a wonderful time swimming with the dolphins – and our own private snorkel excursion!

My husband spent a small fortune on Bingo, but hey – everyone had a blast doing family activities – and stuff on their own! Perfect for EVERYONE in our family. We even said we’d try the zip line again! I actually started and finished a book.

I can not explain to you how grateful I am with how you handled this
mistake. I don't mean just the upgrades, I am referring to how you
handled yourself and how you took responsibility.

My friend, Laura told me she believed it to be the cruise lines mistake then you corrected her and was honest that it was your agency's error.

It wasn't a major crisis yet it did let a little air out of the
balloon. I was mainly upset that I am the one who did all of the research and recommended Your Cruise Agents.

I chose Your Cruise Agents not because of the price, but because of the
service and honesty when I was talking to your agency about possibly
booking this cruise.

So often customer service is just a phrase that people repeat without
understanding it's meaning. We are all human and make mistakes, it's
how a person reacts that shows their worth.

I will be recommending you to everyone I know who will be taking a
cruise. The integrity, customer service and willingness to truly make
your customers vacations joyful.

We really enjoyed the Ruby Princess. For a larger ship --- it was the best that we have been on. (We have been on 26 cruises --- but some on smaller ships in Europe). Would definitely recommend it to others. The food was very, very good. The closing show was the best that I have ever seen. Enjoyed the "movies under the stars".

   I want to thank you for putting together a most memoriable trip and all you did as it was needed even more than I realized. Your putting the trip together without really knowing me and it being so wonderful really shows you insight and I will never be able to thank you enugh and thanks to Vickie for recommending you.

The trip was wonderful to get to see so much history first hand was amazing and I would love to go back especially to Roma as I could not take in as much as I wanted to by any means. One day there Wanda was not able to go with me and I spent 6 hours just walking the streets and making so many photos I want to share with all the fmaily and friends now that we are back home.

   I highly recommend to anyone that gets to Roma that they take the Hop on bus tour bus # 110 as that get you to so many places that you can see first, There was also a bus tour of Roma that was sold at the hotel that drove you around and then we had dinner at a local resturant with entertainment and that I would also highly recomend to anyone who is going there.

Hey Connie and crew....Just spoke with Sherry but forgot to mention the AWESOME tour guide we had booked for the day in port. Thought I would pass his info along so you could suggest to others.

He is wonderful if someone is really interested in seeing the island and knowing its history. He also gives you a 'taste' of the island when he stops at restaurants to sample local fruits and the famous conch fritters.

I had emailed him before hand so he was waiting for us at the pier, so we didn't have to 'haggle' which was a bonus! His van sat 15 comfortably but he also has access to another van if the group is larger.

The resort was really nice. The food was very good and the restaurants were cute. The pools were nice. One of them was very kid friendly and the other was adults only.

The beach was nice, but you had to get out there early because the chairs filled up FAST. The room was beautiful.

I would definitely warn people requesting ocean view that it is actually more like pool view, and the pool has stuff going on till 10 or eleven at night. It's very loud. The rooms on the other side overlook the adult pool and the canal which I think is probably quieter and nicer.

The resort is very family friendly and there were TONS of kids there. It didn't really bother us, but I could see other people finding it as less than an ideal honeymoon resort.

However, if you have a client with kids I would really recommend it.

We only did the one excursion and hung out at the beach and pool the rest of the time. It was a really nice vacation.

It is amazing how well you took care of our very need. Not only did you arrange for our group of 38 to sail on the beautiful Carnival Dream but you made it so easy with all of your tips and guidance. Our group enjoyed the Dream!! I have spoken with each cruiser and they all agree that you did an awesome job. We really appreciate you working at a moment’s notice to get names, cabin assignment and even cabin types changed, hassle free. You were a pleasure to work with, your professionalism and friendliness made planning this trip so much fun.

I personally enjoyed communicating with each of you as I was the group leader and could not have done it without you. Your vast knowledge, passion and eagerness to please are a rare find in today’s world and I cannot stress how much I appreciate it.

The Dream was all that Connie said it would be and we had a blast!! We did it all; the slide, the sea side theatre, in the casino, Club O2 and at Camp Carnival. As you know we had someone in all age groups so no fun spot was missed. The comedy shows were my favorite and not to mention the burgers and fries….. Oh and the Mongolian Wok was wonderful!! We all had a blast; I wanted two more days on the shipJ!

Again, I want to say thank you for all of your help in making our cruise such a wonderful and unforgettable vacation.

Med Cruise on Royal Caribbean May 2010

Thank you so much for the wine in our cabin on our recent Royal Caribbean Cruise to Croatia and the Greek Isles. We had a wonderful time.

In fact, while we were there, we went ahead and booked another cruise. We booked the family oceanview on the Vision of the Seas departing in 2011. It is a cruise to the Baltics and Northern Europe. I am expecting a baby late this summer, so we will have 5 of us in the room. We gave them a temporary name, but haven't decided anything formal yet, so we will need help in changing that when a decision is made.

We gave them your information, and you are supposed to get credit for the cruise. Please let us know if you do not.

Connie, We had an amazing time on our cruise...It was a wonderful experience that I cannot wait to enjoy again in the future. My question is that I have been looking into planning a cruise for the family. With my girls being 2 and 4 I was looking to see what ship would be able to offer the most experiences for my girls. I have heard wonderful things about the Disney cruise line...but they are way out of any budget for the family.
